Immediate results!! Less drool and the fussiness was gone the first day we put it on him! He still chews his hand aot, and vigorously at times. But he doesn't seem bothered by this as much, if at all. He wears the necklace all day and during naps (IF we are able to watch monitor during). Otherwise, and for overnight, he wears the bracelet as an anklet in his sleep sack. We were skepitical due to cost, but SO glad we purchased!!
