I ordered 3 of them 1 for myself for my back pain, 1 for my daughter n law for her pain after her surgery from a car wreck and the last one for my granddaughter for her starting to teeth. I believe they are going to work for all of us. The only problem I have is with mine. The clasp has. Broken chunk out of it and I Don't want anything to happen to the clasp to make it break anymore and come apart and me not be able to wear it. I have wore it everyday since it came in except for taking a shower and then I put it back asa I done. I would like customer service to contact me and let me of a warranty that they have on these bc I invested alot of money especially so if customer service could call me and let me know about the warranty, I would greatly appreciate it.
