I honestly can’t say enough about not just the necklace but also the customer service. I had an issue with one of the beads that twists to put the necklace on and they were more than accommodating and sent me a new one immediately! I have bought two of these types of necklaces and this brand is by far my favorite. It attaches much more securely as my daughter could just pop the other one off easily. The bears and colors are so cute!!

I initially bought this for my 7 yrold son who is very anxiety prone but unfortunately he decided the purple “was for girls” and refused to wear it.
