Let me start by saying this company has GREAT customer service!!
This necklace was purchased as a gift for my daughter. We originally received a different size and color. I sent the company a message on Facebook for guidance because the necklace was long enough for my 1 year old to get in her mouth and chew on it. After communicating on Facebook messenger with a lady named Sarah, we decided to sent the necklace back for the smaller size. She also sent me an extension piece just in case. (I also told her I wanted a more girly color so she picked this one out for us, which we LOVE!)
So, my daughter has wore it for a little over 24 hours and we have noticed the eczema has cleared up and hasnāt came back. We purchased it mostly to help with her GERD symptoms. So far that is hard to tell if it is making a difference or not.
