I bought a teething necklace for my 6mo baby. It worked so surprisingly well that I decided to buy the 5.5in Baby Amber Teething Bracelet for her to wear at night. It works just as well as the necklace! The only issue we have found is that her ankle is still small enough that the anklet easily comes off when she moves her feet around alot. That is a personal issue, not a product issue.
