So I honestly was skeptical about this but I figured, why not, I'll try it. I have been so focused at work and have not had a headache in 2 weeks! I got headaches daily prior to getting this. I keep mine on 24/7 and love it. I have also had many compliments on it from friends and strangers at the store. I also have had more energy which i didnt expect. But it does say it helps with hypothyroid issues and my biggest hypo issue is fatigue. I am a believer now and may get more!
