Both bracelets look great. One did break within the first day of wear, but that was because it got caught on a doorknob. This particular one seems to have help my daughter with her emotions. Her emotional meltdowns seem to have decreased over the last couple of days. She also didn't freak out at the sight of a bug like she previously has.

Customer service is top notch and so friendly! Had to return and exchange a necklace and the process was smooth. Definitely notice much less drooling with the polished milk necklace but we are still experience discomfort and pain with first teeth coming through. I didn’t expect this to be a cure all but if it helps my babe at all then it’s worth it, plus it’s adorable.
