We’ve tried all sorts of herbal tinctures, supplements, Brillia, etc. for my daughters focus/attention issues (which leave her with a lot of frustration/anger). We saw some relief with them, but never anything significant. We bought the amethyst/lapis necklace as complementary aid, it arrived right when we’d become very slack about whatever herbs/supplements we’d been using. With the necklace as the only real factor, we noticed a subtle change. Within a few weeks it became more noticeable. Wearing the necklace constantly (except for during martial arts), she is a VERY different kid. She’s calmer, better able to handle “big feelings” without becoming overwhelmed. Best of all she’s able to focus and finish her work at school, and is no longer called out at martial arts.
It didn’t work overnight, but it did help immensely! And she is constantly receiving compliments on her necklace!
