I was skeptical at first but ever since my son has put this one he has stopped getting angry to the point of yelling. He speaks calmer and isn't as quick to frustration and anger. He took it off to shower and forgot it in the bathroom and you could tell a huge difference between the last month and that one day. It's magic I highly recommend.
