My son is 5 years old and has Down Syndrome. He is not talking yet and I bought this necklace with the hope of helping him with vocalizing and maybe saying a few words. He also tends to be less active and I was hoping see some improvement with it. The necklace made quite a difference. I could tell he had become more active. Even his baby sitter mentioned that.
