First off Customer Service is AMAZING! I had ordered the rainbow necklaces for myself and my two daughters as a rainbow bracelet for my mother thinking that multiple beads for multiple issues fixes everything... not so. Due to none of these working for us, I was able to exchange. With their suggestions I ordered the adult baltic amber necklace for myself due to back pain that I've had since delivery of my youngest (3 months old). It does help, my pain isn't 100% gone but significantly better. Thank you for making these items to help with ailments! I refuse to take over the counter man made drugs.
