We love these. It's our second time ordering, we lost our daughters somewhere in the house. We forgot to add a coupon and they resolved that immedietly. With our first order the clasp broke, I think it was just a bad bead, they sent my son a new one immedietly. We swear by Amber necklaces for teething and my son uses one for his anger and what a difference in him.
