I bought the amethyst for my five-year-old son with ADHD.. he only wore it two days to school, and just out of general conversation his teacher said that he had been much calmer and paying better attention the last two days (the first 2 days he had the bracelet and necklace) She DID NOT know that I was using them. I could tell a difference at home but thought it was more in my head because I was looking for improvement. When she told me that I was sold.
