I really like the bracelets I have bought from this company. They could use improvement on their phone answering system. If somebody's not available to answer, let us leave a voicemail. The email response was really quick. I appreciate that. Another thing that could use improvement is some of the bracelets are out of stock. It would be helpful to know if there's an approximate date of when they will be in stock. My friend told me she had sent the email about a bracelet out of stock several weeks ago. This lack of information, I have gone to other companies requesting similar bracelets.
