I like it he doesn't know its on. The first two nights he slept well. He's still experiencing some pain but I guess that's just part of the teething game. I'm not sure if its alleviated some or not BC I don't feel the pain. I just can tell he's not 100% pain free and I still have to use other teething aids along with the necklace. Tried going a few days w/o but who wants to see their kid in pain
