We ordered two items, 1 bracelet and 1 necklace. I let the kids pick which ones they wanted. The items arrived as picked and the kids were so excited to be wearing them. A month later the youngest one caught his bracelet when taking off his shirt and broke it. I sent a picture in of the broken item asking what my options were. In about 4 hours I had an email back apologizing about broken item and letting me know that a new one was on its way. Thank you for the amazing customer service.
