4stars because we love how it looks, great quality and it arrived fast. It fit him perfectly with some room to grow. We have only had it a few days so I can’t comment on it’s effectiveness completely, however, my 5 month old has been noticeably less fussy since having it on. Also he has been sleeping better the past few days (which I felt he was waking because of teething pain)
