We have had our 11", milk color, raw and unpolished baltic amber necklace for a week now. I wanted to give it some time to be sure that my review is accurate. First I would like to describe my teething 5 month old before Baltic Essentials. We were waking up multiple times through out the night with him in pain from teething. He would chew on anything he could get his little hands on. He was slobbering excessively. He was irritable through out the day. We tried teething tablets, old remedies, orajel... you name it we tried it! I was skeptical of the baltic amber necklace but after researching how well it has worked for others out of desperation we decided to give it a try! We recieved our necklace late in the evening on a Tuesday. I read on the BAltic Essentials website that if your baby wears the necklace all day, that its effects will still be doing their job through the night after you take the necklace off. I bought the necklace with the safety clasp so I decided to let him keep the necklace on through the night. This was the first full night of sleep I had in WEEKS! For the first time in WEEKS he did not wake up until 8:30 the next morning!!! I was still skeptical after the first night, I thought maybe it was a coincidence and the lack of sleep from the past few weeks had just caught up with him. We are now one week in and I am still amazed at the difference this necklace has made!! On a side note, there are alot of other sites selling similar items and there are alot of fakes out there selling glass or plastic beads. This is the first site I ran across that was legitimate!
