I love this! I got my son The amber necklace works amazing my other two children I didn’t know about this product in a drooled and I would have to change their clothes constantly. Now my third son barely ever drawls and he doesn’t cry you know he’s teething you can see it but he has no pain.

Just wanted to take a moment to write a review. I have 4 kiddos which means I’m terrible at taking time to write reviews, but Baltic Essentials went above and beyond for me today. So, at the very least I can come here to give them a great rating.

I recently took advantage of the Mother’s Day sale, ordering my 7 yr old son the ADHD Focus Anger Amethyst Lapis Lazuli. I have definitely noticed a change in his attitude since wearing it. I was unsure how he would respond to wearing it since some of the stones are purple. He has 3 little sisters so he loves “boy” things. To my surprise he loved the necklace, and hasn’t taken it off since we received it in the mail. Yesterday his baby sister reached up and pulled it from his neck. The necklace did it’s job and pulled right off instead of hurting him. Unfortunately, instead of just opening at the clasp, it actually took off the whole clasp end off from the necklace. Today, I reached out to see what if anything could be done. A trick to treading it back on, or anything since he’s only had it a few weeks. At the very least I wanted to place an order for a new one. It was not the company nor the product’s fault. Within hours I received a very compassionate email from a customer service representative letting me know not to worry; they were taking care of our order. A new necklace is already in the mail and Baltic Essentials now has a lifetime customer. I don’t even have to worry about shipping back the old one. Amazing! I am truly blown away! Thank you so much for being a great company, taking care of your customers, and offering great products!
