We had bought an amber one prior to this, kiddo wore it for a good year before it broke. In the three days it took to ship a new one, there was a MAJOR mood swing and irritable and crankiness. An hour after the new one was put on, he was a normal happy kiddo again! He cut 4 teeth and a molar right before he fell and broke it, he had no symptoms because of the necklace!! Definitely a win in the parent life.
