I have ordered many necklaces and bracelets and every time the order comes quickly and everything is always so beautiful and expertly made. I got this necklace for my daughter that has been having so much more anxiety and focus issues since her whole learning style has had to change. She also gets bad growing pains so I wanted to make sure to have the Baltic amber included in the necklace. The results were not as blatantly obvious as with my son with his teething necklace, but I no longer find her pacing in her room. We also initially got the wrong necklace but I was able to contact then easily via text message, explain our whole situation, my daughter is an essential worker and came down with Covid-19 so instead of having me send back the wrong necklace they just shipped me the correct one free of charge. Love this company and these products.
