Hi! If there were six stars I would give six! This necklace has really helped my baby girl through her teething! Her sleep pattern went back to normal and she was her happy little self again. By accident her necklace came apart so I messaged Baltic essentials about it and within the next 2 days I received a message saying a replacement necklace was on its way for free no shipping cost or anything!
