I have had this necklace for 3 days. I've been wearing it to sleep and my sleep is better. I also use a wearable to calm me down for sleep and I listen to biaurnal recordings to lower my brainwaves. I make sure I "clean" my necklace everyday on a bed of salt so it is cleared of negativity and clams me for sleep at night. I'm telling my friends.

I REALLY like this bracelet, however, I took one star off because it becomes too loose to wear after a little while. I can tighten it as tight as it will allow and within a few miniutes, it's sliding all around my wrist. I'm afraid it will eventually fall off if I'm not careful!! I'm not sure if it's a flaw in my particular piece or if that's just the way the material works. It is extremely annoying and I really can't wear it...
