Bought this for my 5 year old son who gets disregulated easily and has difficulty calming himself down without having a major outburst. He's only been wearing it for a few days since getting it, but it does seem to help him manage his emotions better. He has less "big emotions" over little things and seems to be able to deescalate faster without all the hitting and throwing things. He loves wearing it also and shows everyone he's wearing his "calming necklace." Even if it's totally a placebo effect on his part, I'll take any bit of improvement!
