Futuristic Audit Trends: The Future is Now
I don't think that the content of the class matched the description. I was expecting examples and implementation guidance for future audit trends. Instead, it felt like half the class was motivational, and the examples she did provide (use of drones for inventory and making use of confirmation.com) have been industry standard for quite some time. During the course of the class, the presenter defined "the cloud" but neglected to discuss "blockchain" despite it being a featured topic in the class description. I would imagine that anyone attending this CPE would have an awareness of what the cloud is, but may not understand what blockchain is. Overall, I found the class to be off-point from the description and I found little value in it.
