Great certificate program, especially good for those who are new to the not-for-profit industry.

The course is well structured. However, I have two main criticisms. (1) I wish that the topics could be communicated more concisely without the need for such a large number of vague and vaguely similar vocabulary words. They are easy to confuse, not always clearly defined, and didn't do very much to help me learn the main topics in the course. And (2) I wish that the course had a "printable" version that was easier to read so that I didn't have to keep clicking on buttons and dropdowns to "see more." It is a feature that would not be so annoying if there were an alternative. Making random portions of the text "interactive" in this way is fairly pointless and doesn't really add value to the learning experience.
I also have two recommendations about the videos. (1) Provide a transcript for each of the videos. Some people prefer to read rather than watch a video, and they learn better that way. This is something that Google offers in their data analytics course content. (2) Provide an option to increase the playback speed. This allows learners to play the videos at 1.25x, 1.5x, or 2x the speed. Some learners like to use this to help them learn faster. It is nice to have this flexibility.

If you apply these recommendations the next time you review your course for changes, I assure you it will become more comfortable and flexible for the learners and will have a good chance of gaining more popularity.
