This course aims to tackle that with “Active Listening”, there’s an introduction video that opens as an explainer of what exactly this means and what’s to be expected from this. You go through the “science” behind the lessons, using relational learning and the link between your EQ and IQ to create a better way of communicating with people.
Each video is bitesize and entertaining, so as you progress it feels less like a chore and more of an enjoyable experience. The credits you gain at the end are professionally beneficially but it also ends up being quite applicable to your everyday life as well.
