The materials work well to demonstrate the concepts. The instructor keeps it simple and goes over the examples multiple times - which is genius! If you are doing the work alongside the webinar - the repeats really help. I was not doing that and I found the repeats to be helpful to me too. I also like that it was broken up into four sessions. It gave me a chance to digest the info and start fresh the next day.
