Great way of making lemonade of lemons. The entire committee that puts this NFP Industry conference deserves a pat on the back. The content was timely, relevant and much appreciated. The online format, a last minute change up to accommodate COVID, went smoothly and provided greater flexibility than in person attendance.

I thought it was great under the circumstances but the in person is of course better. It could have started at 9 instead of 11 to get more CPE. And it would have been nice to have an hour lunch break instead of 25 minutes.

I think the conference was well done and the technology worked well. There was lots of good information presented. The one drawback is that there was not enough time to get through all of the questions but that happens at the live conferences as well.
