Jeff was an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable and patient with the questions, especially the repeat questions. I learned a lot about Excel, especially new techniques.
The video recording could stand to be updated, since most days were stretched horizontally on our screens, and the year was apparently 2014 or 2015, before Office 2016 was released. Jeff would do a great job re-creating this today. Also the AICPA store web site was difficult and many of the main screens that are supposed to show my webcast purchases did not show this event, so there was a lot of frustration getting to the right links until all of the emails started coming in. Also on session 8, the last day which was today, the video playback stopped abruptly and the link to retrieve my CPE certificate was gone. Hopefully the system will email it to me. On24 seems like an ok platform but looks very dated.
