I liked the training it has exposed me to another level of thinking and services offered to the clients. The only con to this is that at the end of each module they don’t let you know your strengths and weaknesses. Like you never know what you got wrong . At the very least I would like to know what area I should go back and study, especially cause I planned to take the Texan for the certification. Now I’m afraid cause I don’t know I just don’t know.

The functionality works ok for the sole objective of all required information in one place. Generally, the CPES track ok, and the dashboard function is pretty cool to visually track progress. The automatic update for aicpa attended cpe courses is also very convenient and a huge win!
The key opportunity for improvement is the refresh and ‘cross license’ programming and functionality.
For customers with multiple license states (Cpa), and other additional certs (CISA, etc), the updates for cpe requirements do not always align with new requirements (co cpa updates from 2019 allowing non resident cpas to meet the ‘resident state’ cpa cpes to be acceptable for co cpe requirements, for example).
