Robotic Process Automation Fundamentals for Accounting and Finance Professionals Certificate
Good introduction for a technical process that is old and gaining momentum as technology grows beyond the high volume transaction processes. Course feedback: course work too long; too much chatter from facilitators; exam questions not in course content; decks could use a Table of Contents; not all slides have a header/footer (transition slides were not taken into account in the video version. As one with a hearing impairment, video/slides should not be the only delivery method - IT GRC much better course - objectives and delivery.

The webinar was great. My problem was getting it working. I did your system test prior to the seminar start time, and it said all was OK, but when I linked in, the media player didn't work. I called for help and was placed on hold FOREVER. My partner found the problem and then it was fine. Your Help line needs to do better.
