Cathe Resistance Tubes With Handles Multipack
It’s great to have confidence that you’re challenging yourself and measuring progress with standardised equipment. That’s something I missed when using bands and loops instead of weights. Thanks!

I really liked it, I love to exercise due to my medical condition from Leukemia I do lower impact and this was perfect for me. I found it still challenging enough for me.

This was another great and challenging workout. I did not expect this to be as challenging as it was but still doable.

Chiseled Upper Body DVD (from the ICE Series)
Although I’ve been working out with Cathe for many years and believe the ICE series was designed as an intermediate series, I love everything about it!!

Love all of Cathe's workouts, but some of her arm and leg patterns can be confusing to follow.

Cathe low impact Yoga Relax exercise DVD
I took a gamble by purchasing this dvd because I'm not comfortable with the whole yoga practice. While I like the stretches and Cathe's professional instruction, I am not a fan of the "yoga" phrases and focus on my inner strength and power. Some of the moves are difficult and were a challenge, which is what I was looking for. But I believe my strength and power comes from God above so I tried to focus on that instead of the "yoga" mantra. I will still use from time to time and might mute once I learn the moves.
