I really dislike glide devices, they don't work with my set up. I have tried to get over my frustrations over the past year I've had the Series, but can't seem to make it work. I can see the potential benefits of the Series, but I just can't keep up with the pace using the furniture movers I have to do the glide sections. I do like the sections that don't involve the glide device, but they are short. I prefer longer continuous workouts. I recommend this series if you can do the glide portions. If not, well...it may be a challenge. Cathe seems to be including glide exercises more and more as she shifts to lower to no impact moves. I am considering other flooring, but that is an expensive prospect that I have to justify to myself.

Cathe low impact Yoga Relax exercise DVD
I recently got this CD because I wanted more time devoted to stretching to maintain flexibility as I age. I do a hard workout like S&S bootcamp, then do Yoga relax. All you need is a non slip mat. The most challenging parts are the 2 balance poses, but it gets better. At the end, you could fall asleep, you are that relaxed. Just like Cathe says, your spirit will be happy and it will feel good to be healthy. I highly recommend doing this workout once a week to stay loose.
