STS Users' Guide
Only complaint is how to navigate the 1RM dilemma. Since you are doing a new program for each muscle group weekly and have different exercises weekly that require a 1RM it makes it hard to know how to handle those. Your constantly finding a 1RM instead of knowing them all before starting the program. Guidance on this would be helpful

I buy Cathe's calendar every year and put it up at my desk at work to look at every day and be inspired. I haven't missed a calendar in 9 years, since discovering Cathe. I exercised to this dvd once and really liked it - I believe that alot of the exercises will help my upper back problems - my Physical Therapist told me that I need to strengthen and stretch my upper back - certain exercises with the bands can help people who have back pain - also, I LOVE the idea of having a dvd that I can take with me when I travel home to my parents house! I like that legs and abs are incorporated into this dvd as well as arms and upper back.

The footwork is REALLY complicated! I would love to see a separate tutorial section for breaking this routine down by the section (for future DVDs). I think this would/will be fun once it's mastered, but who has that kind of time?! I need to get my workout done!
