Fit Split Series - 4 DVD Series
Very difficult, advanced, fast, functional fitness moves. I have improved over the 4 weeks, but will prefer mixing this in with slower heavy weights and cycling. Also curious why such a dearth of women of color. and men. I liked the more mixed up crews of the past.

Cathe Friedrich's Low Impact Step + Total Body Sculpting DVD
Its defiantly an older video, but I got a workout by more blocks on my step and heavier weights. Its nice to have a variety.

XTrain Tabatacise DVD
This workout is HARD! It's a great workout and gets easier (not easy) after the first round, because you're body is warm (really warm!) and adjusts to the intensity. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5, because I feel a lot more could have been done with the premixes. I would have loved to have at least the level 1 with all the step drills as an option. Or the step drills with some of the bonuses or just more options. I had to fast fwd to each step drill after level 1 and it's just really inconvenient. Also, you can't create your own, because there is no workout blender in which you can do that. I do like the audio control. It's a great workout with a high calorie burn in a short amount of time as long as you are prepared to BRING IT!

Athletic Training DVD (from the Low Impact Series)
This workout is a challenge! It went fast! You don't have time to think about anything, but the task at hand. I love how it's put together, the order of exercises, how fast paced it is, the equipment used, and the exercises. It is really a well rounded workout. I highly recommend.
