This is a great program for intermediate exercisers & you can definitely make it harder with modifications. I love that they are shorter workouts if you're short on time. You can still feel accomplished! I especially like the abs sections. Cathe has helped me get in the best shape I've ever been in!

I bought the bundle for the days when I needed lower impact, under an hour workouts; this series delivered and then some! I'm a longtime Cathe follower so I thought that I would use these on days when I wanted to take it easier - boy, was I wrong. These are tough!! Still working my way through the workouts but I have broken a heavy sweat with each one that I've done. The premixes are fantastic. All in all, a great purchase.
