Cathe’s LITE series is easily my favourite since ICE, and is one of my favourites ever! She took all the best workouts and moves from past workouts and jammed them into this sweat-party in a box. Best investment I’ve made in ages ❤️

Cathe Friedrich's LITE low impact workout exercise DVD Bundle
I recently purchased Cathe's new Lite Series. I have only tried 2 of them. Metabolic Blast & Body Weight and Bands. I really like that they are shorter. I feel that I still get a great workout but don't have to wake up too early to fit them into my schedule. I am a longtime fan of Cathe. She never disappoints! - or ages :)

It's great - a nice break from high impact and a lot easier to follow than some of her other workouts.

Cathe ICE Metabolic Total Body Low Impact high-intensity workout and exercise HIIT DVD
It was ok. I was kind of bored with it. I have a lot of her videos this just isn’t one of my favorites. Didn’t even break a sweat.

It's very soft material and very comfortable to exercise with. It absorbes your perspiration and makes you feel dry. I love exercising with it!
