Cathe ICE Metabolic Total Body Low Impact high-intensity workout and exercise HIIT DVD
This workout is great for getting the heart pumping. It really works you're whole body, like advertised. It doesn't put a lot of strain on joints and back. I picked this one for that reason and started out with lighter weights and moved up quickly to the suggested ones. The music is a little weird for me, but I can work through it. At one point, the music sounded like one of my kids video game freebies....LOL. I highly recommend this workout if you want to change up and work muscles that haven't been touched in a while. Don't know what muscles those are?? You will once you finish this one. Soreness is a bonus! It's easy to hit play on this one.
