Great Lower Body workout

Lift, Move & Restore - Functional Lower Body
This workout is great Lower Body workout! It's challenging, but doable. I like the unilateral training, it helps with finding your weaker side and helps with your balancing. Of all the workout programs I've done (The FIRM, BODi, Jessica Smith) this by far is the best. Cathe in general is the best with her cuing and showing the correct way to do the the exercise and what muscles you are using in each exercise.

Cathe Camo 12 oz Boxing & Training Gloves
I used my new Cathe Boxing gloves for Gloved up and Sweaty and I was surprised to feel such a difference in my workout. They are not too heavy and easy to get on and off, but they do deliver a punch! Highly recommended using them to add intensity to your boxing and kickboxing workout's.

Im addicted to Cathe’s workouts and check the daily deals literally everyday😁 I purchased this DVD on my last order! I’ve done all the workouts but only once so far! These are definitely advanced and I struggled to get through them but I’m sure after several more times through it’ll get better! I thought I was in pretty good shape but these were all pretty hard for me! I’m up for the challenge!! 😁

This is a very challenging video. I just turned 70 years old and I am a cancer survivor and I have been truly blessed to be able to do all of the new videos I purchased. Each year I turn older, I find one of the hardest videos I have to make sure I still have the energy, and stamina to get through the video. I have been working out with Cathe for over 25 years and I have 95% of her videos. She really does challenge me. I can’t wait for her new videos to come. Thanks for helping me stay healthy and not looking or feeling what most people think 70 is looking like. Lol

Cathe Half Gallon Motivational Water Bottle with Insulated Carry Sleeve - Purple/Teal
I love two things: the size, and the STRAP. Awesome!
I dislike two things: I try and try but can't get the cover clean. It's not insulated well enough and my water gets warm way too fast.
Would I buy it again? Obviously! This is my second one!

As always, Cathe's workout's are always great. This one is great for when you don't want a bunch of equipment. Definitely a good workout. My only issue is, I wish the cue's for the next move were given before the move.

Every DVD from Cathe Friedrich is outstanding. Apart from the cycle ones, I basically own almost all of the videos since I do not have a cycle.

Cathe Boss Bands + DVD
I am very happy with the quality of these resistance bands. I believe they will last longer than rubber bands that break after a short period of time. The dvd has great workouts to help you learn new exercises with the bands.

I'm stock piling since it seems like Cathe is depleting her inventory. I do prefer the wider bands made by Atlas, but these work.

Pure Strength Series DVD
I accidently hit "2" when I placed order. I immediately tried to change the order, and I mean within a minute, and your robot said the order was already processed and could not be changed. There is no way you prosessed my order ready for shipping in 30 seconds. It would cost more to ship it back than it's worth and I could find no customer service phone number. Not happy.

Lift, Move & Restore - Functional Mobility Fusion
I've been a Cathe follower for years. She is genuine, knowledgeable and keeps her workouts fresh. This new one is icing on the cake. Hitting 70 and feeling less then that,is scary. How did I get here? LOL Cathe's functional training is helping me keep my balance and strength. Every move has a purpose. Really enjoying it. Also ordered her second one. Can't wait!

Masterpiece Total Body Workout

High Reps DVD
This is a long time favorite of mine. If I want a sense of "I did it" accomplishment for a strength workout, it is this one and Power Hour. Both are very challenging and truly total body. They are higher rep so it is good to mix with STS 2.0, STS4, and Perfect 30 total body workouts to go a little higher on the weights. Unfortunately, with return to office, doing body part splits just does not work for me right now vs total body workouts.

Cathe STS 2.0 Giant Sets Total Body DVD
I was less interested in this total body STS 2.0 workout, but I was pleasantly surprised. The second round feels like a different set of exercises with the unilateral focus making it different than other workouts. With that variation in the middle, I more more motivated to complete the 3rd set than I am with Supersets.

Cathe Resistance Tubes With Handles Multipack
Quality resistance tubing. Handles seem sturdy and well-cushioned for the hands. It's helpful to have 4 levels of tension. I always ran with 2 but I like having all 4 options.
