Cathe Friedrich's Premium Large Round Extra Thick 6 ft Non-Slip Yoga Mat
Both the size and shape makes it great for multiple uses. I have transitioned out of Yoga entirely to functional fitness, balance training and therapeutic stretching. This mat is perfect for all of it. My entire order arrived quickly and in good condition.

Cathe Lay-Flat Premium Natural Cork Extra Thick Exercise and Yoga Mat
This is a high quality mat. It's not as cushy as some other mats. It's also heavier than the foam-type mats, being made of cork and rubber. Having a rubber bottom, it doesn't slide or slip. I expect this to last much longer than the foam one I previously had.

Cathe Lay-Flat Premium Natural Cork Extra Thick Exercise and Yoga Mat
This is a nice, thick, heavy yoga mat. I like the fact that it's a little longer than the norm. It's smooth and high quality. That said, it's quite heavy in comparison to a regular yoga mat. If you roll it with the cork side facing in, it seems to wrinkle the cork--and I don't want the cork to start cracking because of that. So I have to roll it with the cork side out, which means when you unroll it, you then have to flip it over to use it. Because it's so heavy, that's a tiny bit of an issue. I'd buy it again, just putting this here to forewarn others in case this could be a deal breaker for some people.

Cathe Blue Medium-Tension Resistance Tubes With Handles
I'm still doing my therapy exercises (6 years) and use it seven days a week. This is my third one, one from therapy and my second from you. It is just the right tension but eventually stretches out and breaks.

Cathe Friedrich's Premium Large Round Extra Thick 6 ft Non-Slip Yoga Mat
I like that is si big that my sister and I can stretch at the same time and still have room. It's also so thick that it doesn't hurt my bones. I love it!

XTrain Cardio Leg Blast DVD
I'm in my mid-60s and still find this workout fun, doable and motivating. With virtually no-repeats and the weights and plyos rolling steadily along from one round to the next, the time moves quickly. I find I'm pushing myself all the way through it and at the end I absolutely know I'm in better shape than when I started.
This workout truly is a "Blast" and one of the workouts on my top 10 Cathe list.

Cathe Friedrich's Premium Large Round Extra Thick 6 ft Non-Slip Yoga Mat
This mat is a perfect size and shape. Cushioning is great and I love that I can do all my activities and still stay on the mat whichever way I turn. My only complaint is my hands and feet slip a bit, especially when sweaty. Not sure there is such a thing as non-slip in exercise mats. Overall I am happy with this mat.

Cathe Friedrich's Stretch Max workout DVD
I needed extra stretching routines, and this dvd was just the ticket. Not too long or short, the goldilocks amount of time to really stretch and relax tight muscles. Thank you for making these, I love this series.

Cathe Friedrich ICE Chiseled Lower Body Blast Leg and Glute Workout DVD
No Repeats; Variety to spare; Fun, fresh-feeling moves -- no time drags here.
This Intermediate workout has a wide variety of lower body weight work and fresh cardio moves that keep it moving and make it fun. I found myself saying, "Wow! What's the next move?! Bring it on!"
The Bonus Abs are at a welcome intermediate level (and overall lower-back-friendly). My favorite premix is MishMosh which mixes abs throughout the main workout. By breaking up the circuits and the abs, the workout becomes more doable and less intimidating on lower energy days but still leaves me feeling I had a great workout.
The Blizzard Blast Bonus takes the cardio to an advanced level with numerous fun Blast moves which is perfect if I find I have more energy and motivation than I realized.
Wherever I'm at in my workout journey, an experienced beginner or intermediate recovering from injury or illness and pushing myself to the next level again, or advanced and want a lighter day, this workout with its Bonuses and Pre-mixes checks all those boxes and keeps it interesting and fun.
