I am currently using Super Sets Total Body, (for about 2 years now) and was hoping it would have been similar. It was ok, nice for a change but not as challenging. I am 61 yr old.

Plyo HiiT Two is my all-time favorite step workout. It is unbeatable for getting a fantastic cardio workout in only 25 minutes. I can check my exercise box for the day with no excuse needed for a short workout. (The same can be said for Plyo HiiT One).
An impressively fit Cathe and crew are fun to try to keep up with and following her suggestions I can easily modify while still getting a phenomenal workout. It leaves me pumped to do it again soon.

Mobility 1 and 2 oil my creaky joints, free and loosen my tight muscles, open up my flexibility and give me a smoother ease of movement that blesses me throughout the day.
These two workouts complement each other so well that I do them back to back and for variety use the handy premixes to alternate the order.

Fit Split checks four of my favorite workout categories: Step Cardio, Total Body, High-Step Glutes, and Non-Traditional Abs.
1. Shred Cardio with its 12 Blasts belongs beside other Step HIIT classics, STS 30/30, 40/30, RWH Plyo HIIT Two.
2. I never seem to have too many Total Body workouts to choose from so I love that Fit Split has a tough 1 hour Push Pull Premix.
3. When I do Legs and Glutes (on super-effective high-step) I feel my glute muscles telling my glute fat "Get out! This is MY space!"
4. Fit Split no-crunches Bonus Abs is a showcase for non-traditional abs. No time for ho-hum here.

After 10 months of doing Lift Move Restore workouts I can say this series has been the best gift of the year for me.
These workouts are truly restorative and I believe doing one or two of these a week allows me to do Cathe's other workouts at a higher level.

If you are familar with Cathe's Perfect 30 Flow format, this work out is set up simialrily. I love it! It's the right combo of mobility/movement/strength with out over taxing your body AND with out holding poses so long you forget what you're doing. It's my Monday 'reset' after work, and I love how it makes my body feel when Im done.
