Metabolic Blast (from the LITE series)
I find Metabolic Blast an absolutely winsome intermediate workout. The compound exercises are structured in a unique way with 2-4 connected moves in each rep. They aren't at all complex or tricky sequences but they keep my mind focused and make the workout fun and engaging.

Rev'd Up Rumble DVD (from the LITE series)
This is a great kickboxing workout that I have used many times. It is definitely lighter than many of Cathe's work outs, but I still feel great afterwards and the choreography is really fun. It gets the heart pumping and is really effective in tightening the core.

Tabatas are on the floor and Recoveries are on the step so you get the best of both worlds for variety and intensity.
It is challenging but accessible, thanks to the Recovery Blasts and the expert pacing of the Tabata choreography.

These three(!) 30 minute workouts pack a powerful punch. I feel like I got way more than my money's worth because they are all markedly different from each other. They move quickly and are so agreeably challenging that I hit the ground running when I've got one of them under my belt.
