I purchased the 35# barbell set previously but still needed additional plates to switch out or add on. These were perfect weights for what I needed. Well made and not too pricey, however, shipping cost was nasty. That was the only drawback.

Cathe STS 2.0 Upper Body 2 DVD
I really enjoyed this workout because it works the entire upper body AND it has some different exercises than her single body part workouts. I actually totally enjoy STS 2. I have been doing combined 2 body part workouts. Really excellent. Even the 3 total body part workouts are awesome. Cathe outdid herself in this series.

Lift, Move & Restore - Functional Mobility Fusion
This is just a great overall mobility workout. I’m 65 and while I still workout with Cathe and have for years, I’m slowing down physically. I can’t do step anymore but continue low impact workouts and weightlifting. This workout still kicks butt and works up a sweat. Some moves for me are a work in progress due to hip flexibility issues. In time I hope to get there. Thumbs up, once again Cathe.

I have been training Cathe for many years and own litterally the entire collection of dvds and download. I got hesitant when I red the mail announcing LMR pre-order. I love lifting both high and low reps. I do gravitate towards the heavy end though. I took the plunge knowing cathe never disappoint. This series brings in a variety to heavy and lighter lifters for fixing muscle imbalances, working coordination and working balance. I believe this series cater for both young and older fitness enthusiasts. The upper body contains compound combination moves mainly working unilaterally, with some isolations prinkled in and adding coordination challenge. The challenge in this workout is keeping core muscles really tight throughout upper body combos. It is a great variety added to cathe collection compared the usual cathe lower body core combination.
