It took a while to get the size right for this ball. There are no instructions telling you how much pressure was safe to use. Keep blowing it up until there is no give. You might think it's going to explode.

Great workout - this is a serious workout! About 75 minutes if you do the whole thing. Can be broken up though into a two day workout- I saw results within the first 2 weeks. Hard to go back to other DVDs once you’ve done some of the Cathe workouts.

Another good resistance workout from Cathe. It's as tough as you want it to be - just use tougher resistance bands.
I don't have ready access to weights for 6 travel weeks so this is one of Cathe's low equipment DVDs I brought with me. I bought it when it came out but only did it once so I'm really enjoying that it feels fresh and new. I also brought along Boss Bands Total Body, Body Weight and Bands (Lite Series), and Travel Fit, all of which I'm enjoying immensely because I don't do them at home so they feel new and because they're just good!
