At first I didn’t think that I needed this guide, but it keeps me on track since the STS work out doesn’t have a timer on the screen and the rest periods are so long. I spend my rest time stretching, so it is useful to know what I need to do next so that I can stretch and have my equipment lined up for the next move. I keep coming back to STS since it is such an effective work out. Great instruction and it is a lot of fun!
