Turbo Barre DVD (from the Low Impact Series)
This is NOT an easy one! It really exposes my weaknesses, imbalances, & just how much I need more endurance work! I am so glad I bought this one! A total favorite! I would love to see more in the future!

I love it! It’s so easy to change the weights and the plates are perfect since they have openings in them. Wish I bought it sooner.

Cathe Half Gallon Motivational Water Bottle
I love the look of the water bottles. I bought both of the colors and it is a very sturdy bottle. It really keeps me in check drinking water everyday. I fill it every morning and have it finished at the end of day.

Cathe Friedrich's ICE Intermediate workout and exercise DVDs Discount Bundle
I was getting bored, worn out, and exhausted with my old works outs. Plus they were getting hard on my joints. I’m on my third week of the ICE program, and I once again am excited to wake up and work out. They are tough, but also fun, and I don’t feel like I’m beating myself up. Thank you!

Best barbell set

Cathe STS Cardio Studio Barbell 60 lb Weight Set
The CATHE STS Barbell and 60 lb Weight Set is the best barbell set I have owned. The bar is one piece which makes is solid and smooth. The weight plates are easy to add or remove with the quick release. The handles in the weight plates make them easy to use without the bar. The length of the bar is adequate for my needs.

Great Mat

Cathe Lay-Flat Premium Natural Cork Extra Thick Exercise and Yoga Mat
I purchased this mat because it is ecofriendly. I like that it seems to be longer than other mats as I am 5'9". I also like that it is non slip. I did not give it 5 stars due to the smell it gives off and it is quite heavy just do to what it is made off. But I do like this mat alot and hope to enjoy it for many years to come.

great clips

Cathe quick-release barbell clamps for a 1-inch diameter weight bar
These clips are great! They breathed some life into my old Firm barbell-I never used it anymore since the old spring clips were so irritating to use. The fit just fine on it and look great too. They also fit on an old Danskin barbell I got from Wal-Mart ages ago.

Challenging Cardio!
Verified Buyer
AfterBurn DVD (from the Low Impact Series)
Most low impact workouts fall a bit short of providing the (higher) level of cardio I want, but AfterBurn did not disappoint! The only reason I gave it just 4 stars: there was not an ab/core bonus section that Cathe sometimes adds on to her other videos.

Nice and Soft, Just Right

Cathe Friedrich 36 inch orange high density foam roller for sore muscles
Ah, nice and soft, I now can foam roll for longer. I have several colors, lengths along with different textures from my doctor and sporting goods stores. Some way too hard for having a smooth texture, some too soft.
