Turbo Barre DVD (from the Low Impact Series)
I was having hip pain from a car accident. Physical therapy, massages and chiropractic was not working. I reviewed Turbo Barre DVD from Cathe Low Impact Series and BAM. After 4 times following video routine, starting, then pause DVD and breathing through the sticky hip pain. With the pausing of the video it took longer to do, that's why I prefer DVDs. I stuck with it never giving up. I can now get through the whole DVD with 10 pauses instead of 50 or more as I began with.
Everyone, regardless of age should have this DVD or a download of it in there Cathe library. Put it in your weekly routine even if you don't have hip pain. You will strengthen your muscle surrounding the hips joints and sockets. I'm so far avoiding a left hip replacement caused from the accident. I have less pain in my hips now.
I could not do any lower body exercises for 6+ years (2017 car accident), I was scared to. Just sitting felt like hot coals under me. I'm feeling good now, sleep improved, mobility returning.
I've been doing Cathe since she started in the 80s. I was in the Navy and after a long flight, I'd workout to her VHS's. Gilads VHS's too. I still have all the originals and the VHS Player. Cathe and Gilad went with me to 30 or more countries during my Navy career of 21 years.
I'm 65 y/o female, no meds, just good nutrition, Cathe and Gilad. Majority is Cathe. Love You Girl.

It's great! No heavy, lingering smell and a great size. I am covered every which way I turn for workouts. I like it it for Ball work so I'm not constantly readjusting so my feet are on the mat. Thick too so my hands sink in a tad to help with grip.
