Cathe Says Training Socks White 8-Pack
I love these socks! They are soft, just the right low-profile, and they have a great no-slip piece on the inside of the heel. They are my go to socks!

Chiseled Upper Body DVD (from the ICE Series)
Would have thought there would be a lot more upper body exercises for the price. Good simple workout, but would have been better if had to different upper body workouts. 😟

Love these weight plates!

Cathe STS Barbell 35 lb Weight Plate Bundle includes six 5 lb. weights and two 2 1/2 lb. weights
The three colors make it simple to grab the plate you want. The strategically placed holes make them comfortable to use as hand held weights.
I like how smooth they feel and that they fit any 1” bar.
They’re perfect with the STS 2.0 Abs workouts that use single plates. Those workouts were personal favorites before I got the plates. Those workouts are even better with these plates. This was a wonderful purchase for me.

Cathe STEP BOSS IMAX 4 low Impact workout step aerobics DVD
I LOVE this workout! As an older exerciser (60 years old), I especially love the low impact but high intensity. The combos took me a few tries to learn but it's so much fun now that I got them down!!! Time flies & every time I do this workout, & it seems so much shorter than the actual time. Cathe never disappoints!

Good enough, not great

Cathe Mini Yoga Step Mat
I’ve had my original Cathe step mat made by a different manufacturer for about 10 years, and it’s been a durable mainstay. I bought this one as a gift for a friend who is new to Cathe’s workouts. This mat is about 1.5 inches shorter than the original, and provides that small but oddly significant difference in coverage on top of a step. It also feels a little less plush, springy and sturdy than the original. Taking one star off for those reasons.

Good but not easy to put on.

Cathe MicroLoad Adjustable Grey Weight Gloves - 2lb Each
I was excited to finally purchase these weighted gloves. But they are not easy to put on. So if you are in the middle of a work out and you want to put them on, you have to pause the video while you do that. Once they are on, they’re just the right amount of added weight I was looking for. I just wish they were easier to put on.

Thank you Cathe💕 this is an amazing mat and helps me when I’m doing your workouts that don’t require a large mat. You are amazing!

A slippery non slip mat

Cathe Friedrich's Premium Large Round Extra Thick 6 ft Non-Slip Yoga Mat
The mat is slippery if you get even slightly sweaty. Mostly not a problem for my needs. It's nice and thick and I really like not falling off the edges like on a rectangular mat. I'm overall happy with it.

I could have purchased a kids small ball and it would have been much cheaper than the $9.97 I paid for it.

I absolutely loved the moves in this workout. They were doable and very effective. A good mix of higher impact moves and lower impact.
