Cathe MicroLoad Adjustable Grey Weight Gloves - 2lb Each
They are a little bit cumbersome to put on, requiring me to pause a work out to give myself time. Overall though, they do work great and are a great addition for helping me increase weight and reach my strength goals.

Metabolic Blast (from the LITE series)
Thank you Cathe! As an almost 58-year old woman who likes to workout, my knees are not like they used to be. Theses workouts make me feel empowered again, even though squats can no longer be deep for me, and jumping is definitely out of the equation!

Cathe 6 foot TPE Stretch Bands Set of 4 Resistance Bands with Travel Case
These bands are ideal. The length is perfect for just about any exercise, and they are sturdy and soft. The travel case is perfect for tucking into a carryon bag, which is exactly what I recently did. These bands work well for most band exercise routines, especially Cathe's Bands and Bodyweight Travel Workout. Stay fit at home or on the go - love it!

Cathe Boss Bands + DVD
It was ok, but I should have ordered Perfect 30 instead. While the bands do provide resistance, some of the exercises put too much strain on the wrists, much differently than using hand weights. I did like some of the different exercises, but I think I prefer straight strength training without gimmick equipment. I love Cathe workouts - this just wasn't the right one for me.

Full 90 day strength trainingExercise Program: Full Body Exercise Routine & Total Body Workouts with STS and Cathe
This is week two for me and I am enjoying how well organized this series is. I do not have to think about what to do day to day or week to week. Just need to know what comes after 4 months. Will I start over or move to another series? Thanks.

Cathe women's workout gloves for weightlifting and fitness
Based on the instructions for what size to order, I should have gotten the medium. But I knew I wanted a good snug fit, so ordered small and glad I did. They fit, but not well and not at all snug either. Plus, right out of the bag, one of the side seams was split open. Not worth returning, just glad I didn't pay a lot for them.

Perfect Flow DVD
I like it very much. I have the Slow and Heavy DVD, but use 3#, 5# & 8# weights. Now with the combination of yoga and mobility on the Perfect Flow, my weekly routine is balanced. I am female, this was purchased under my husband's name.

Cathe Mini Yoga Step Mat
I love this mini yoga mat for bench work on my step. It fits perfectly and I can keep my yoga mat on the floor for push ups, etc. It’s a nice quality and has good cushion.
